About the Show

An evening of Christmas music - both traditional and non-traditional - best defines this 2-hour evening. Beginning with a solo performance by One More Girl (Carly & Britt McKillip) and Pear (Denis & Lynae Dufresne), the second half features Tom Jackson with fellow musicians Tom McKillip, Craig Bignell, Phil Hall, Carly, Britt, Denis and Lynae. For the Assiniboia and Regina performance, Shannon Gaye and Kristian Alexandrov perform in place of One More Girl.

For those familiar with Tom's Christmas performances, this marks the 7th season of his Singing for Supper set that includes his signature song The Huron Carole, classic favourite Drummer Boy, the energetic and percussive A Soulin', and his latest Christmas single The Gift.

One More Girl is Carly & Britt McKillip - seasoned veterans of the music business at 21 and 19 respectively. Touted for their pristine blend of voices and effortless harmonies, they're the newly emerging - and engaging - face of country music. Pear's first appearance in 2009 set the stage for their return in 2010 as audiences couldn't get enough of this dynamic fiddling duo. And Shannon Gaye has performed with Tom off and on since their first ensemble performance in The Huron Carole Benefit Concert Series in 1994. Autograph sessions follow each performance.
